The process begins with a personal visit to your home. During my in home visit, we will carefully review each item together. You will share your preferred selling price as well as your minimum acceptable price. This allows me to manage all buyer inquiries and negotiations with confidence and professionalism, ensuring you remain removed from any back and forth discussions. Should a buyer wish to view or collect an item in person, I will personally meet them at your location at a time that suits

Pricing is guided by current market, the item’s condition, brand, and demand always with your input and approval as the foundation. Should a buyer wish to view or collect an item in person, I will personally meet them at your location at a time that suits you. You are welcome to be present or step away whichever makes you most comfortable.
Our commission structure is straightforward and fair
For items sold under $100, we split 50/50.
For items sold at $100 or more, we apply a 60/40 split in your favor you retain 60% of the final sale price, and I receive 40%.
